This course is tailored to the precise types of difficulty schools might face when dealing with a small, but vociferous minority, targeted at the staff that need help most. It offers an insight into how to improve and maintain healthy relationships with parents; it also enables different groups of staff the rare opportunity of working together and empathising with each other’s role in the wider school context. The skills learnt can also form the basis for building positive relationships with colleagues as well! At all times the emphasis is on practical, useful tips that can be directly incorporated into whole school and individuals’ daily practice.
