This introductory session looks at empirical data and case uses in other industries where the impact of AI use has been measured and studied. How you might begin exploring AI is reviewed, along with importance of using AI as your co-pilot... and not as your compass.

Session Two
AI tools to explore
65% of school marketers have begun to use AI as part of their role and this session opens with actual examples of how people in our sector are engaging with the various technologies and the goals they have. Sophy explores a variety of tools in depth with actual use cases which will help you assess their suitability for your setting. You will also learn how optimise AI for your personal use.

Session Three
Using AI effectively
To ensure the successful and effective use of AI in your school, choosing the right tools for you and your school is key. S.M.A.R.T prompting is also essential, in much the same way that clear and specific guidance to an advertising or design agency leads to higher quality results and less time spent refining and developing outcomes later on. This session also looks at the growing importance of GEO vs. SEO and how AI can be used to support effective content use across multiple channels.

Session Four
AI Ethics and in conclusion
This session begins with the 6 ethical considerations when using this powerful technology, leading into a discussion around an actual case study. Sophy considers impending near-term future developments and how to stay up-to-date in this rapidly evolving space, before bring this short course to a close.
